Everything else - Leadership, salary, chances for advancement, and the near constant offshoring.
Had multiple managers over my course of employment with each successive one knowing less about what I do and what I’m capable of. Last “supervisor” forced me to switch teams or be subjected to a CAP because they had to “shake things up.” A year later, they couldn’t fire me for performance outright, because I did the job and did it well. So instead they gave me a 2 on my MAP review this year, which made me ineligible for my bonus (which would've been a pittance anyways) and tipped the scales towards being subjected to a RIF (Reduction in Force).
Please note - this is standard practice here. Matured teams are subjected to a RIF (Reduction in Force) of 10% year over year.
Completely and utterly toxic culture of simps, sycophants, and failing upward with ridiculously tone-deaf, and unbelievably clueless leadership. It's just yet another rudderless titanic about to slam into an iceberg.
You will be given no direction or training. Every six months it's a new clown show that takes over, You'll be asked to make decisions above your paygrade. Be told that’s the only way you’ll advance, but you’ll be a scapegoat if something goes wrong. Always forced to do more with less. And god forbid you raise a flag about any of this, a manager half your age from the other side of the world will just threaten to fire you. So you keep your head down, do the bare minimum while looking for other jobs, and realize…
…. that’s what everyone of your coworkers are doing too everyday.
With the coming fraud probe this company’s days are numbered so RUN AWAY!
