      Great work life balance and flexibility; love being able to WFH 23 days PTO to start; 27 days of PTO after 5 years Supportive and understanding leaders Being part of UHG - it's largely stable with plenty of room to grow/move around the company if you are proactive

      Salary could be more competitive Annual raises are only 1-3% regardless of high performance The healthcare options are terrible, especially for a healthcare company Sometimes teams can feel very silo-ed
