Pros
UM CM Manager is great and easy to work with. Honestly a great manager who provides a lot of support. Management does a good job updating policies and communicating them with our team. They have organized so much of our information to make it easy for us to access while working on referrals.
Cons
They are adding a lot of new adjustments and adding on to our work load. They question teammates on productivity which is difficult bc productivity varies based on the type of referral and how long it takes you. Regardless, their expectations are set and typically non negotiable. This does add stress even if they are nice about it.
