Pros
The team I work with is great. Such a fun group of people that I got to stay with after we merged. They will let you make up time if you need to go to the doctors etc. Good benefits, can't knock it.
Cons
Where do I begin. Their IT/helpdesk response time/help is worse than the company's I was with before we merged. Applications crash, stall, you name it on a daily basis. Being asked to take on multiple jobs while doing your own full time job. Leadership above my team leads are not helpful. They could careless about giving you the help you need, or hiring so your department quits sinking; they beat around the bush and give you generic answers on important questions. Position caps. You get nothing in regards to bonus pay. Long stretches of stressful weeks/months leading to burnout. Basically giving an extra star because of my team, or I'd be giving a 1 star.
