If you’re a thinker, this is not the job for you. If you try to go out of your way to make things right, this is not her job for you. If you will gladly do only what is expected of you while navigating a dozen different systems and making sure to only ever do and say exactly what is outlined in job aids and once again, never THINK, this may be the job for you. Oh, but if you have kids who tend to get sick and you need to stay hole with them and not work, forget having any support whatsoever. Also you’re locked into the position you got hired for for a year before you’re allowed to try advancing.
