      Pros

      Buttering is there. People who do buttering of their manager can only survive. There is RelationShip principle of the company which is ridiculous. According to this, we have to maintain good relation with our manager. Work is very poor as only support type of work in the whole company. They will take your interview so hard that you will think about the good work quality but the reality is altogether is quite different.

      Work from home policy is good.
