Pros

remote work, some roles have flex time.

Cons

Minimal annual increases, minimal bonuses, very expensive benefits despite being a health insurance company. Almost all moves are lateral unless you want a supervisory or management position. I think most employed here are sick of sitting in quarterly meetings listening to how great our profits are when only the corporate employees benefit.

Pros

Telecommute opportunity for some positions.

Cons

High turn over rate of management and leadership roles that results in frequent changes and procedures. Often results in procedures or processes that have been implemented before that did not work in the manner leadership was hoping for. Minimal chance to let any changes reflect if it will have a positive impact. Minimal listening to other organizations that are contracted with the company.

Pros

Work remote. Engaged leadership. Work/life balance

Cons

Integration with Optum has been frustrating. No clear direction and employees are uneasy about their future with the company. Most of the leadership have resigned and positions continue to be eliminated.
