Pros

Many talented, smart employees and lucrative contracts

Cons

Status of contracts of key contracts is up in the air. The purchase by Optum is not really a takeover/purchase and employees are left in the dark. Poor communication by management on where company is headed and how we are really apart of the United Health Group (UHG)
