Pros

Remote Work saves on wear and tear on your car and gas.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations of Seniors staff. Insurance is less than par with limited providers to choose from although the website says differently. Overworked and underpaid employees cause burnout and higher turnover.

Pros

Ability to be able to work remote

Cons

They are only worried about numbers and have very unrealistic expectations especially for new hires. They expect you to be on the same level as far as knowledge an speed along with everyone else even if you are new. They are constantly worried about numbers and spreadsheets and tell you to take your time and learn the job but in every meeting they are hounding you about your “metrics”. No one really communicates things to you and you are being told different ways to do you job by several different people which causes you to get many errors and they don’t do anything about their terrible leadership and training. You’re forced to fill out this sheet that they have pre populated responses instead of letting you write your own response you are forced to use what they want you to put. They nitpick all of your claims and give you errors for every little thing.

Pros

getting to making your own schedule meeting new people everyday

Cons

No room for professional growth, prepared to be stuck in your current role. The company's PRIMARY focus is money so they continuously added additional tasks (ie. labs etc.) with little to no compensation for the additional work. Visits became much longer due to the add-ons so the home/work balance that once made the job so attractive no longer exists. They've been saying for YEARS to decrease # of member visits. But this of course, means a pay cut for them. Constant implementation of new developments and pilots/programs that quickly get cancelled so even if you are an adaptable employee, the changes are non-stop and overwhelming
