      Pros

      If you are an Optum hire, you're safe.

      Cons

      Optum buys up companies then goes through monthly RIF's under the guise of reevaluating or restructuring. They care nothing about the FTE's they let go, they only want the products they obtain.

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Uniforms provided.

      Cons

      Most everything else. Management doesn’t communicate well amongst themselves and with staff. Constant shuffling of staff and job duties. Equipment does not always work well and the set up is very inefficient for patient care and it makes your job more difficult to not have what you in or not have it in working order. Lots of staff turnover. Training is extremely disorganized.

      Large company with lots of job openings.

      Cons

      Overhanded management always wanting know "what you've been doing and for how long and on and on and on." when they don't contribute anything to the actual work being done.
