Pros

A few pockets of teams have some of the most talented people and leaders.

Cons

Bad culture. Top down, hierarchical. Too much red tap. Bad politics and nepotism. One of the richest companies on the planet despite all that. When you are profitable without doing anything right, just by being beneficiaries of the broken health care system, there is no necessity for promoting innovation, talent or inclusion.

Cons

People who work hard and those who are coasting along are treated the same. Very demotivating, old school non technical leadership cant see past next quarter numbers.
