Pros

Flexible work from home schedule. Start out with 23 days of PTO. After 5 years, you max with 28 days of PTO. Great people!

Cons

Negotiate your salary very well if you are offered a job here as they do not reward employees with great raises. Typical raise is 1% - 2%. Small bonuses. Hard to gain promotions.

Pros

There are some work from home options

Cons

Mediocre pay, poor benefits, cutthroat attitude toward employees, inflexible management style. This is a health care company. They treat the employees like their clients. They maximize profits by NOT helping sick people. They treat the employees about the same.
