Metrics are designed to be impossible to reach (you will never get a bonus) , inappropriate micromanagement of physicians, significant turnover of leadership leads to constant changes in culture (never for the better), emphasis on patient satisfaction promotes questionable medical practices, low salaries despite high patient complexities and volumes, misleading PTO policies (state you get 23 days but never told you have to accrue them, can be denied for arbitrary reasons) MAs are knee-capped by vague clinical policies adding to clinical and administrative burden for physicians
