Pros

I have a great team with helpful and compassionate supervisors, leaders, and coworkers. I am not micromanaged but am given thoughtful feedback. I am lucky because not all teams are this way.

Cons

Other teams within the company who have micromanaging managers have seen a lot of turnover. They have tons of meetings that take up time that is needed to serve members.

Pros

Work from home and that’s it.

Cons

Micromanage you, expect you to put the customer first, metrics are ridiculous, pay isn’t good and takes a hard time to get a decent raise. I started with a class of 20 and at the end of training only 3 were left.
