      - Period of transition into Optum Care means changes could come eventually. - Recent additions to senior leadership are positive.

      Cons

      - Extreme turnover. - Very low pay. Bonuses are not being payed out for the most part. Raises are only considered once a year. - No culture. Leadership is disinterested in building relationships. - Organization is scattered and disorganized. Teams within the organization do not effectively share data or are technically unable to do so. - Office is gray, dark, heavily partitioned. - The business is struggling

      Pros

      Remote work opportunities. They treat consultants well. It is all good until you are hired. Good health benefits and great process for reimbursement of health care expenses.

      Low pay Micro managing/uneducated supervisors The promote cya instead of promoting teamwork. Absentee leadership They hire diversely but don’t care about the experience and ideas you can bring to the table. Nepotism runs ramped Workplace harassment and bullying from supervisors to employees is tolerated and rewarded.

      Flexibility, not much else honestly.

      Cons

      Constant reorganization - always a mass layoff pending. Underhanded management practices. Should be embarrassed by their benefits - or lack thereof. If you’re a mother, parent, or woman, avoid.
