Pros

A few pockets of teams have some of the most talented people and leaders.

Cons

Bad culture. Top down, hierarchical. Too much red tap. Bad politics and nepotism. One of the richest companies on the planet despite all that. When you are profitable without doing anything right, just by being beneficiaries of the broken health care system, there is no necessity for promoting innovation, talent or inclusion.

Pros

Great culture, actually somewhat diverse team (mostly female and being white is a minority on this team) positive shared vision for healthcare improvements, transparent leadership, and great work!

Cons

Very few cons honestly! Sometimes projects get a little dicy on tight timelines, normal clashing of personalities occasionally too. Not much you don't find at every job anywhere else.
