Pros

I enjoy being remote and I have a great supervisor.

Cons

I feel like there is a lot of confusion. Communication isn’t always clear and sometimes I feel like we are underpaid for what is expected of us.

Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule, excellent support, extensive on the job training. 100% Remote. Don't need to be on camera very often. Free CE's, lots of opportunity.

Cons

Sometimes the productivity goals seem a little high but it gives you something to work towards. As with most remote work be prepared to have your productivity and activity or lack there of monitored in several ways.
