Good Benefits. Highly structured managerial hierarchy.

Cons

So large individual contributions are not noticed at the decision making level. Individuals are recognized by immediate team but not at the level where staffing for projects is considered. Employees are regularly terminated by personal that do not know them. High use of offshoring and work visas.
