Pros

A lot of PTO, Stock Purchasing Plan, great work-life balance

Cons

Lack of technical leadership and accountability. Managers who manage the young developers are often non-technical and inexperienced. They are unfit to help new college hires or engineers ( with 1 to 2 year experience) grow in their careers. The projects aren't very interesting and funded work is hard to come by. The compensation structure for TDP needs to be reworked. There is also a lack of transparency from Management. They tout open communication with their staff but their attitude and actions reflect otherwise. Turnover rate is pretty high because the developers who are really skilled always move to a better opportunity elsewhere.
