Toxic team management, No KT's provided and No documentation for the project. Two to three people only handle all the things and rest will play donkeys role and don't provide the business context to anyone. Less insurance coverage for employees even though it is largest insurance provider company It is USA based Hindi talking company. Appraisal lot of partiality and politics. Following quiet firing and making them resign by covering cost cutting and loss of the company and this will be happened for next 2 years
