Dishonest, no base salary, sneaky
Pros
When I directly asked if this "leadership and educated direct sales position fit for someone with a BA or Masters degree" was a door-to-door sales, the interviewer finally stated yes. Honesty at the end was appreciated.
Cons
Not accommodating to those with physical disabilities. Will ask you a long interview about leadership, degrees, organization, self starter, rockstar, hard worker, etc, but not reveal that this is a door-to-door sales job trying to convince people to buy Verizon internet. The neighborhoods listed were supposed to be pre-canvased and in a "people who highly desire buying internet in the comfort of their homes" areas, but in reality that meant we were bothering the low-income families and in areas where we were clearly not welcome.
