      Pros

      - paid training and generous weekly and yearly bonuses - super energetic and supportive team - lots of room to move up and grow - both managers are very fair and down to earth

      Cons

      - Not the regular 9-5. Younger group so we start at 1030 and work until 7. Does help with traffic but I like to go to bed early

      Pros

      This is a great opportunity for the right person. It provides great communication skills. It allows you to grow as a person. The position I am in allows tremendous growth for the future. This position is for people looking to grow professionally tremendously. The work environment is great because of the support.

      Cons

      The cons of the position is honestly just having to give a 100%. If you don't want to give that, not a good fit.

      Pros

      What I appreciate most about my position here at Opus is that I'm learning so much; on the business side of things because I've never had sales or marketing experience but also learning just genuinely how to be better in my personal so a lot in the way of personal development.

      Cons

      You have to work hard and put in effort which isn't a con I guess but it is for someone that is just wanting a job to pay the bills and not necessarily looking to learn something or develope.
