Pros

People seem to be nice... at first that is. There is a fast promotion opportunity but it is bc they burn people out extremely fast!!!!

Cons

They will work u until u about to pass out, also ur territory is usually in very unsafe areas, they are not clear on the details when hiring new people. If u don’t continue to work there they will find a way to hold ur check for weeks and short change u once u finally track them down and persistently ask them for the money which is owed to u!!!! Good luck trying to actually find a career with this company. Nothing but a pyramid scheme in different wrapping paper

Pros

A lot of professional people work here.

Cons

They are not open about what the company is. Secretive about the job being door to door sales. You don’t make very good money no matter how good at “sales” you are. I recommend doing your research before investing copious amounts of time into a company that gives you nothing in return.

Pros

I worked at Opus Consulting when they first opened up and I came from a receptionist position where I was making minimum wage. I was offered paid training and then a base and then I made over $500 in one day in commission and I switched to commission. I really liked it and I went pretty far and got a lot of management experience that I used to get my next job since I relocated to move closer to my family outside of PA. I owe a lot to my sales experience and HR experience that I received and pretty much was able to move to a better job.

Cons

I think they are pretty picky on who they decide to hire and you have to fit into the team environment so if you don't have what they are looking for they won't hire you. That especially means the way you dress so if you're trying to get the job they won't hire someone if they aren't looking professional and dressed to the nines.
