Incredible benefits, generous commission structure and accelerators if you exceed quota, lots of resources to help you with various stages of a sale. Lots of other opportunities in other positions or products once you are inside

Cons

be prepared for constant change and lots of internal competition. Internal processes are some of the hardest part of getting deals done. If you need someone to hold you by the hand this isn't the place for you. Culture depends largely on your immediate manager and fellow teammates.

Cons

Oracle is the world leader in nothing but bureaucracy and inefficiency. For those who want to be a faceless worker bee who follows inefficient procedures without question, Oracle is a great place to work. For anyone else, this is a place where careers and personalities go to die.
