Pros

I was trained to provide technical support to global customers by troubleshooting ERP issues and guiding them toward effective solutions. I also performed billing and invoicing tasks within ERP systems and applied SuiteCloud tools to enhance process automation and data accuracy. Through this experience, I cultivated professional relationships with customers, strengthened my communication skills, and gained a deeper understanding of the different user roles and functions within ERP systems.

Cons

However, one challenge I experienced was the company’s periodic restructuring, which sometimes affected role assignments and responsibilities.
