Pros

Great benefits. Less corporately regulated than most larger companies. Terrific work environment. Great perks in the office and flexible schedule.

Cons

Upper management nitpicks numbers and quotas. Middle management is poor, and is a glorified telephone game, relaying the concentration on hitting metrics again and again, even when it may be out of your own control.

Pros

Great benefits, great internal training resources. As a new hire just out of college I can basically set my path to go however I want and my manager will support that and help me obtain training in that direction, on top of becoming proficient at my current position.

Cons

Working in support can require some work on holidays. The bonus to that is it counts as overtime.
