Pros

Benefits, company’s name recognition, stablished company .

Cons

exploitation, crazy work expectations, micromanagement harassment (manager would call us at 6 am or 9:30 pm, he didn’t care our schedule was 8-5 M-F, oh yes you guessed it he would call on the weekends too). We had 2 mandatory zoom calls at 8 am and 4/4:30) besides the 3-5 calls we would have with costumers scheduled last minute or to discuss a billing issue. No matter how hard I worked management was not happy and kept adding more and more work. Many people quit so management decided to add to my work load Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, besides Peru’s billing which was the roll I was hired for. Long story short, they wanted me to do the work or 4-5 people without extra pay, moreover; they never payed me over time even though I worked passed 5 every day to at least make sure most of the many tasks relieved where done. I have never been so stressed at work like I did at oracle. I was able to learn the very difficult and tedious work, the country’s billing was suffering when I started and I managed to show great results within 2 months, pay was decent at the beginning, however; it was definitely not enough when they added so much to the already heavy work load. I asked for a raise and better work conditions. Nothing changed and management wanted to add more and more work no matter what without any extra pay so for my mental, emotional, and physical health and peace I had to quit. I was in charge of handling millions of dollars in billing and I did a great job but it was never really recognized.

HMO Insurance, there is a specific percentage of coverage per illness and this is not fully covered by HMO.
