Pros

Learning Opportunities Young Workforce-- most people are young professionals, or straight out of college Large network of people willing to help you learn Good Benefits Decent Salary for right out of school kids

Cons

Unorganized-- managers don't know what is going on any higher than their team, and directors do not share anything with managers Slow to innovate-- oracle is a slow turtle, so any changes that do need to be made are slow to happen Territory arguments-- oftentimes instead of working with sales we are seen as working against sales and have to internally argue about who should speak with a customer Customers don't always come first-- a lot of the time we cannot put our customers first because of odd company policies No Raises or promotion opportunities visible
