If you have bot experience is a good place to start but negotiate your starting salary because you will never see an increase.

Cons

Oracle has a discouraging system where they rarely adjust internal employees’ compensation for cost of living increases but they do for new hires. Tenured employees end up training and doing the hobs for new hires and who are getting paid a lot more.
