Too much of bureaucracy in especially in Deal Management and Global Finance Organization .. the Senior Managers, directors only to try to impress their bosses. No matter how stupid ideas they come up with..they go as yes men and follow it and push it on subordinates even they are senseless. They get the same repeated work done again and again in different ways just to show off that they are doing lot of work. management does not take the accountability rather corner the juniors and try to blame them for their blunders. Management tries to hide the blunders from the executive level when the blunders are due to bad decisions from them... list goes on and on
