Pros

People are the best Good work balance with the exception of some of the front line managers Good place to learn and get better opportunities somewhere else in the IT industry

Cons

CEO and Founder supportive of Trump CEO among the richest man in the world while no bonus or increases or even a meal is delivered to their employees as a “recognition” CEO bragging -literally over e mail- of WFH in Hawaii while their employees are still awaiting to see when they have to go back to the office

Pros

Wonderful co-workers and the option to work remotely.

Cons

60 - 80 hour work weeks were the norm. You are expected to put your job before everything else during quarter-end / year-end. No work-life balance.
