Bit of a dinosaur mentality

Company is flexible with how you manage your tasks

Cons

The company has an outdated mentality compared to other major tech companies One issue is the leadership where a lot of managers or even significantly more senior leadership have kept the same position since the 90s without bringing much novelty to the table. The work ethic is a bit similar to the 90s as well where you have to show up to the office consistently as a junior so you don't get fired (whereas every single IC3 and above employee was working fully remotely) Bonuses seem to be awarded on a preference base and not much merit.

1. Don’t go with the Oracle name, OFSS is a subsidiary of Oracle, Oracle long back acquired the IFlex solutions to form OFSS. So the culture is still the Indian Culture with Boss and Slave attitude 2. No process, procedures or quality of security work in place 3. The people have a very bad attitude, they won’t change if we point out a mistake and we need to work in Silos 4. The people won’t reply to emails and if you ask questions then it’s 100 percentage that they won’t respond 5. Salary hike and Bonus are just a dream.
