      Pros

      Oracle acquired my product many years ago. Couple years after that the innovation stopped and we are just milking the install base. Benefits are good and the work is not taxing. I spend my afternoons Surfing and Mountain Biking

      Cons

      Fusion comes knocking to all independent products. When that happens, the endless 2 year porting projects start. They are endless because the tech stack is dictated from the executive offices and they change their minds about every 18 months.

      Pros

      Work life balance i.e. no login/logout times, work pressure is much lesser than other companies, lot of trainings for inter personal skills, very suitable for women employees

      Cons

      Salary for old employees who are high performers is very very less. It is lesser or closer to freshers which is very annoying as the amount of work done by experienced folks is very high when compared to freshers.
