      Pros

      work, management, culture have lots of products and work is great and Oracle is one of the best companies to work in technologies

      Cons

      salary, hike, HR, recruting salary is not up to the industry standard hike is not good and not up to the mark HR is not responsive recruiting is too slow and we loose many people due to this,

      Pros

      Stable company. Decent benefits. Some new technologies through acquisition. Some training depending on your manager/department.

      Cons

      - Lack of raises - Promotions do not come with a raise, in fact I lost OT with my promotion so it was really a pay cut after all was said and done (Boy was I surprised!) - Long term Oracle employees (15-30yr) are mostly mediocre at best (Oracle red tape sucks the passion out of people) - Internal tools are terrible - There is a lot of politics

      Can be OK for a large company -- what you make it

      Pros

      Lots of different things going on, with some areas pretty reasonable. You can look for the right fit without having to leave the company. Pretty secure employment (for product development lines of business -- maybe not so much in sales).

      Cons

      Lots of politics, which may not be surprising for a large company, especially one that has grown via acquisitions. Stagnant pay, which can be frustrating when the company performs well. Product development moves at a slow pace for a lot of reasons -- definitely not a nimble startup.
