Worst compny to work with, at least in India. Almost no Pros. Only pro is the flexible work hours.

Where to begin. -Zero HR policy. HRs are just for show. They dont have any powers. Every thing depends on manager. -Appraisal and hike/bonus are way two diffrnt things. Two person with same appraisal rating, with same exp under same manager can get diffrnt hikes. It all depends how much you oil your manager. -Since everything depends on manager, everyone is busy oiling manager. So work culture is worst. -Not at all transparent in it;s policies. Employees are asked not to discuss the hikes and bonus details with colleagues . Seems like it's a crime.:) -Since no HR, so hardly any friday fun or any activities. Considering all these not a good place to work.
