Pros

Fun people to work with.

Cons

Company changes the rules every 6 months. Reps get new targets and are no longer eligible for promotion even after doing well under the previous metric targets. Good job if you need a first job but don’t expect much as far as career progression. expect to make under 70,000

Pros

Colleagues are great, nice office

Cons

Great colleagues and a supportive team culture, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. There are very limited opportunities for career progression, and the level of micromanagement makes it difficult to feel trusted or valued. Management is heavily focused on pipeline and targets, leaving employees feeling like just another number rather than investing in their growth and well-being.
