      Good to place to find out you dont like working in cubicles

      Pros

      Health insurance, occasionally free food, find out you hate a male dominated industry, and lowkey racist

      Cons

      Bunch of white guys, gives off college dorm room vibes, manager asks "hows the vibe?????" while shes out the office 3 days out of 5 LOL. She also wanted all ladies to get together in office so us women can feel empowered against the men. All we talked about was men. What a joke. This place hires 300+ to get rid of 250 of them. Stay away from this corporation. Managers are messy, cant multitask, cant keep up with daily tasks. One manager told me to keep a gratitude journal, LOL how is that going to book meetings?? Be serious.

      pay is good for those who hit & depending on alignment

      Cons

      all depends on which manager & director you get tied to. lots of favoritism. if you wind up in a bad segment,even if the entire segment is doing bad, it's still your fault & not upper leadership who does nothing to help change or fix it. lots of reps shine for bad quality SQLs

      Benefits are Ok and probably lower cost than most.

      Cons

      Repeatedly beat revenue and market expectations then claim poverty when it's time for raises. 0% across most. No cost of living. Going on 3 years w/o raise. Management does not care about you. Constant re-orgs and LAYOFFS. It's not just dead wood, they've taken out cream of the crop, new hires, etc. If it will gain 1/2 cent EPS -> Done and you are gone. They actually suck at technology! 1+ year and can't implement their own sales oppty tracking system internally.
