      Pros

      The only good things about working at Oracle NetSuite were the "cool" tech perks--stocked fridge, occasional free breakfast/lunch, the people, laidback dress code, and office of course. Doesn't account for the stress and trauma from this job but at least the view was nice.

      Cons

      If you are a new graduate, please please please stay away. There are so many other opportunities and this one is not it. The cold-calling and micro-management make you feel like you are in a sweat shop.

      Pros

      Software already has a name for itself and this helps make the job easier. Metrics and quota are, for the most part, attainable

      Cons

      I went through 3 managers in 1.5 years and only 1 of them had any clue what they were doing. Your experience is very dependent on the team that you get put on and office you are reporting to.

      They provide an excellent benefits package. They are a big company with lots of options. They make working from home an option. Lots of change Colleagues are some of the best in the business and nicest people

      Cons

      It is hard to move around the company from position to position It is hard to try something new. Once you are in a bucket, you usually stay there Pay raises are far and few between. In 24 years I got less than 10, even with excellent reviews Their method of laying off good employees is horrible. You have a literally hours to clean up and gather your stuff. Even though employees are not getting raises and bonuses, those top execs take theirs every time Lots of change
