      Pros

      There's an onsite gym, and meals from the cafeteria are surprisingly good.

      I worked at the Columbia, MD office, and management was dishonest to the point where it was impossible to do my job. This trait of dishonesty began during the interview process, where they lied to me about having the tools needed to troubleshoot issues. I wasn't even given access to a testing/sandbox environment, which is crucial for solving customers' issues. There was no company culture to speak of, just punch in, stay quiet, and punch out. When managers weren't around, support agents openly and loudly aired negative opinions about how inept they are. I didn't contribute to those conversations, but I did agree with the opinions that were expressed.
