Pros

-Work life balance -Nice gym -it’s a big company so even if you are stuck with a bad team, you will find great people.

Cons

- Favoritism drives performance evaluations, promotions and work assignments. - Don’t expect salary increase unless you are a manager and above (but politics won’t let you become a manager) - Management only care about themselves and how to keep their job. They don’t have any interests in improving the team or work.

Pros

Flexible schedule, possibly some overtime. That's pretty much it. Free la croix.

Cons

No growth opportunities whatsoever. No bonuses, (even if it is stated in your contract.) If you want to grow, you must transfer to another team. At San Antonio, it is like playing musical chairs. Everyone transfers into each others previous role due to lack of growth. Don't be fooled, you will only get behind in your skill set and waste time. SA is a back-office satellite office and you will be doing reports ALL day. No analytical work.
