Pros
Oracle has great benefits, it's health care is second to non and there is great flexibility in what you choose to take, various levels for health, dental, visions, life insurance, disability, 401k, etc... In addition working at the Oracle Headquarters has some additional benefits that mustn't be ignored including: fantastic gym including swimming pool, beach volleyball court, indoor basketball court, full set of weights and CV equipment, steam room. There is a great variety of excellent food from the eight restaurants to suit most diets and it's especially good because it's cooked to be healthy using local produce and organic / sustainable / seasonal where reasonable.
Cons
Nikel and Diming in a few areas that is a real shame: It's very difficult to get some types of hardware resourced. Any hardware that's out of the ordinary requires a lot of justification. This also goes for some types of office equipment like chairs. The coffee provided for the office coffee machine also completely sucks and there's not much 'fun' anymore, there should at least be a Party say in a hired out Hotel during the holidays.
