Pros

Oracle expects employees to work hard, but they also offer flexible work hours that will allow for a nice work-life balance. Many smart people here. I have only witnesses people treating each other with respect. I really feel lucky to work at Oracle and enjoy my job very much. It is challenging and I believe there is opportunity for growth.

Cons

Difficult to find out what opportunities are available outside of my present group.

Pros

global company with a recognisable brand offering a wider career path for an extenive range of disciplines. flexible working conditions.

Cons

The company is steeped in processes that dramatically slows down sales cycles. Does not appear to be flexible to accomodate new ideas or business practices.
