      Pros

      There are many internal job opportunities for movement and trying out different career paths. Each business line has flexibility in terms of operating process. This is perhaps what leads to multitude of changes everyone must always learn and adapt.

      Cons

      The company has a lengthy hiring process which risks losing good candidates. There is also a systemic inability to make compensation adjustments to stay competitive with the market and to retain top talents. While the work is challenging and rewarding but not the comp.

      Great team, horrible management

      Pros

      Work from home flexibility, good benefits, some very smart people to work with, meaty career challenges

      Cons

      Compensation increases over past couple of years have been virtually nil - including for superstars. People are promoted to significantly more responsibility without any increase in compensation, causing many of the best to leave. Mgmt seems to have no insight into the hugely negative impact of the incredibly inefficient tools given developers and product managers - old and over-taxed PCs, limited toolkits (including only Visio for schema and some people can't get even that approved!), etc. Very engineering focused and both engineers and product mgmt are resistant to innovation "we never did that before".
