      Pros

      Very good place to start your career in a international environment, many chances to learn and many tasks that actually matter for your personal professional growth. Good salary and benefits package. Good flexibility (work from home).

      Cons

      Management not eager to communicate to employees, self service for everything [from hardware, to software, from stationery to everything related to a new hire package..], not many chances to get a promotion internally, they still prefer to hire middle management from outside.

      Found that people followed through on their commitments and treated each other with respect.

      Cons

      It was a smaller company struggling to grow to the next level and there were some hard choices that had to be made for that to happen.
