      Pros

      All the new products and resources are readily available. Work/life balance is good. Great Benefits package.

      Cons

      Constant change of middle management and re-org. Compensation is not on par with other companies.

      -Great technology, will be part of some softwares used by high end clients from various verticals, flexi timing, good processes to learn

      Cons

      -Compensatoin, Growth, BIg Company not a people company, difficult to move around.

      Pros

      Pay is good and nothing else. Work from home facilities, no work most of the days, can come any time to the office and leave at any time.

      Cons

      No scope for growth unless you get a very good team. So choose wisely. No bonus for first yr and no hope for hike also , no recognition for good work
