      Overall, it is an OK place to work. But benefits are less and outsourcing to IDC/CDC needs to be stopped.

      1) Can learn a lot of stuff 2) Good competent people 3) If you are good, career advancement is good 4) Get to learn the latest stuff in industry

      Cons

      1) Outsourcing is high, once a job from HQ is lost, it is almost almost almost impossible. 2) Options are not given to all employees. 3) Benefits and pay package in general is atelast 15% less than industry.
