      Pros

      Ability to move around and learn new things. There is plenty of opportunity You do have good people around you Allowed to work from home. This takes some time to get used to, but it is very nice once you do.

      Cons

      Communication is challenging when you don't work in an office...sometimes you miss the old days of learning what is new around the coffee pot The mindset is that you should be happy to work for them and this is frustrating. I had a lot of perks at my previous company that motivated me and made me feel appreciated. We have none of that here.

      good salary, if you bargain good. flexible working hours. not loads of work. senior and other team members support you like anything.

      Cons

      no career growth as such. after entry of oracle, it is becoming lesser. most projects are deployment or support projects.

      - Existing employees being largely ignored in terms of salary due to frequent acquisitions. - Lack on travel opportunities. - Difficult to grow after reaching a senior level.
