      Pros

      Flexibility is timings that is the only plus.

      Cons

      They don't care about the employees sometimes feel especially for india they are merely working on cost angle and never think that there is knowledge asset and there is something that needs to be done for retaining and attracting people. Growth in oracle once arrived for years is very very slow for majority even if there is promotion no salary growths for years. Also visibility and good performance is only related to people close to top management VPs. I feel little control is below VP to make any decision or rather raise a voice.

      1. Lack of genuine support/respect for individuals and lack of interest in career development by mid-senior management. A lack of honesty in dealing with employees is rampant. 2. Lack of cooperation with areas of company offering other company opportunities. 3. Unfortunate reliance on prior relationships, "old boy/girls" - other company work friendships. 4. Pressure to produce while also promoting in-fighting with different areas of company by lower level management. Acknowledgement/endorsement of this same attitude by higher level managers.
