      Pros

      Decent pay, mostly great management.

      Cons

      Bigger isn't always better. I was very fortunate to have managers and a director that maintained our small-group feel. Other groups aren't so lucky.

      Pros

      Managers normally are ok with telecommuting 2 days a week. Work load is not that high. Have a decent gym in HQ. Relatively stable, I have seen a lot of people have worked there for more than 10 years, this is pretty rare in silicon valley companies.

      Cons

      No salary adjustment for 3 years. Lack of communication on what is going on within the company from the management. Lack of group activities. The company controls the spending tightly. There is long management chain, it's very hard for regular employee to see what's happening there.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Generally, smart and capable colleagues. World class products and great reference/name to input on a resume. Top notch campus.

      Cons

      Low pay that is not commensurate with experience and ability. I always felt like a new hire had to be getting paid more than me.
