      Pros

      1. iflex means onsite. Thatz where u learn the tricks of the trade. 2. Customer interaction. Handling customers of different geographies, language, business styles. you get to see only here. 3. Knowledge in Banking will improve in a large way and also knowing the way things done in different countries is all an addon in your experience.

      Cons

      1. Very Long Workhours. 2. Balance between personal and professional life depends totally on the project you are put on. 3. Technical skills limited to use in making the product. Can lead to staleness in the long run. 4. Project Planning and execution of tasks is haphazardly and needs a long way to catch up to meet industry standards.

      - Branding is recognised in the market - Results are a clear factor in a persons key day to day decisions

      - management is very skewed to the old oracle way of doing things - limited in some of the key management thinking - self service culture

      Oracle Consulting a very good place for learning and gaining experience is your key goal. Monetarily it really sucks :(

      Excellent Work environment/work culture.. Get to work on latest products/technology.. You are in the company of capable/knowledgible collegues

      Cons

      You are dependent on other oracle country consulting for work.. Work is often peicemeal with little or no end to end implementations.. Compensation not industry standard.. NO PER DIEM for onsite travel.. which is really a stupid policy considering the market trend and competitor's offerings..
